All our per paid orders are handled by a courier or Anpost .
The courier supposed to get in touch with a consignee prior the delivery so make sure to answer while expecting delivery as this guarantees succesfull delivery on the first attempt. Each parcel is insured and and therefore a signature is required upon delivery so make sure someone is at home on the day of delivery to avoid dissapointment. If a delivery is attempted at your address but no one is there to collect and sign your parcel a courier will leave a card with info how to rearange delivery.
PLEASE BE AWARE! The courier always attempts delivery twice and if both attempts failed the goods will be sent back to us, If you need to rearange delivery after that you will be charged 5,50 euros extra for shipping. We want our customer to be happy with the goods they bought, and about our services as well. However if you are not happy with a product, please return it unopened and we will refund your credit card or credit your account with the price of the product excluding shipping charges. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning any goods giving a reason for the return. We must receive the product within 30 days of purchase or we cannot give a refund.
