Delivery & Return Policy

OCD Detailing uses DPD and Green Way  (with a tracking number and insurance) to ensure our products reach you in good time and perfect condition.

All Ireland orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with Ireland customers within 1-3 working days. In the case that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, except weekend and bank holiday.

Shipping cost within Ireland is €5.95

Free Shipping on all orders above €75

Orders generated and paid before 1 pm Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and delivered on Monday/Tuesday. Before you sent an order:

  • Make sure your delivery address is correct.
  • Make sure your mobile or landline phone number is correct (Courier might contact you)
  • Please ensure that somebody will be available at home to sign for the parcel.


Upon receipt of your delivery, please take extra care to inspect the package. If you are unsatisfied with the condition or have any concerns regarding contents, please ask the courier to add your comments to the “Delivery Document”.

If a package is returned to us, the customer will be charged for the costs to re-send. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

Returns Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. Unless the good’s are faulty, they must be returned within 14 days, preferably to the original store of purchase. If the unwanted item is returned as sold and is accompanied by the original receipt within a 14 day period, we can refund you in full by the original payment method, or offer you an exchange.

If the original purchase was made with a credit/debit card, that card must be physically present and available when the refund is made. Refunds will be refused for items returned without an original receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse a return under this policy, if the goods are not in a re-saleable, as sold condition. As sold condition means that the goods are unopened, in their original packaging with all documentation, and the item and its packaging are undamaged and unused.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on clearance/ex-display/sold-as-seen items. If any promotional items included in the original sale are not returned, the corresponding value or discount of the promotional items will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Policy Exclusions

We cannot refund your purchase if the goods were ordered to your specification, or if the goods are not a stock item. Finally, please note that you will be responsible for all transport costs when returning an item to a store or warehouse.
