BenBow PK60 MINI 0.8mm Leather Spray Gun

The BenBow PK60 MINI leather spray gun is a compact and precise spray gun designed for detailed paint and restoration work. Its 0.8mm nozzle makes it particularly suitable for leather recolouring, repairs and other jobs where controlled application matters.

BenBow builds the gun from high-quality aluminium. Meanwhile, the nozzle, needle and tip use stainless steel for excellent durability.

The gun also contains no O-rings. Instead, BenBow uses Teflon seals. Therefore, the spray gun can work with various compatible liquids without the same concerns about seal deterioration, leaks or corrosion.

Furthermore, the compact body weighs only 400g. This makes it comfortable to control during detailed restoration work.

For leather professionals, detailers and workshops, the PK60 MINI provides a practical combination of precision, durability and control.

What pressure does the BenBow PK60 MINI leather spray gun need?

The BenBow PK60 MINI has a specified working pressure of 2.0 bar and air consumption of approximately 120 litres per minute.

It uses a standard 1/4-inch connection, making it suitable for use with an appropriate compressed-air setup.

Correct air pressure helps the leather spray gun atomise compatible products evenly. Therefore, always set up your compressor and regulator correctly before starting the job.

You should also test the spray pattern before applying colour to the actual leather.

A test spray allows you to check product flow, atomisation and spray pattern. You can then make adjustments before working on the finished surface.

The leather spray gun works particularly well for automotive leather restoration.

You can use a suitable spray gun when recolouring worn seat bolsters, restoring faded leather or blending repaired areas into the surrounding surface.

Its compact size also helps when working inside vehicle interiors. Larger spray guns can feel awkward around seats, centre consoles and door panels. In contrast, the PK60 MINI provides better manoeuvrability in confined areas.

Moreover, the 0.8mm nozzle allows controlled application across both small repair areas and larger sections.

However, good preparation remains essential. Always clean and prepare the leather correctly before spraying. Then apply compatible colour in controlled coats according to the leather restoration system you use.
