Geist Masking Gel
Geist. Easy Masking Gel is an elastic peel-off masking compound used to cover contrast stitching while repairing and recolouring leather and vinyl. It completely wraps around the stitching and ensures paint does not get into curved areas. It also does not leave any gaps, which are common when using just masking tape.
Apply the compound directly over the stitching. Leave it to dry on its own, or use a heat gun to speed up drying. Then, spray paint as you would normally. Once complete, simply peel off the compound.
